February (Part 2) Photography Contest Submissions

yea i have one with reflections. a) i gotta find it, b) i gotta figure out a way to get it on the computer with as much detail as possible. i don't feel like buying a scanner. maybe staples can scan it for me and put it on a disc

Well its technically a photography contest...so maybe just have it in a photograph in some way?

well, if it's a photography contest then technically there should be no photoshop involved. it should be unedited photos, unless i'm not understanding this correctly. whatever i'm not bitching

Oh, well I agree totally with that. Maybe croping and resizing but not photoshop, but im not gonna fight the rules.

As far as I know the only photoshopped pics so far are the first one, other than the text on the one pic and the border on Altspace's pic.

In all of my submissions I use only my pure photograph. Only PS work consists of cropping and border.

yea i mean bordering and cropping and resizing is okay. technically a hand drawn picture is not in the category of 'photography', so i'm kind of out of line here

Take a picture of your drawing in the mirror. That way if reflection is the theme of the drawing its also the theme of the pic sence its a reflection. But also be creative with it, just a plain mirror shot wont do so well. Worth a shot?

Just a suggestion...Sence this is Feb. part 2 and it was just made to fill up the extra time left over from part one wouldn't it make sence to move up the deadline a few days so the voting can start earlier? Just so it dont carry over into the next month too much? Don't matter to me though, just suggestions
