Feb 24th trip to the Dome and monster truck madness

Hey, Adam is taking his son to the monstertruck madness and wanted to know if anybody else wanted to go, I am. The plan would be to take MARTA down there and all sit together provided we buy tickets together. I need to know if you would like to go by Friday so we can get the tickets, we'll spot you to buy all the tickets at once unless you can get me the money tomorrow night (preferred). We are only getting the $10 tickets so it won't be that bad and Atlanta is a big annual event for them. I havent been to one of these things in so long i am actually excited, I watch them on Speed every now and then and they are much different than when my pops used to take me. Post up your interest and we would like to get some guys down there to hang out and watch huge 1100+ HP trucks go at it.

be sure to bring some ear plugs, you can hear it just fine w/ ear plugs, and can still talk to each other w/ ear plugs, it is VERY loud, and it being enclosed doesnt help, either

the tickets we bought last year were only 15 bucks, and they were VERY good seats, they tarp-off all of the closest seats due to dirt and stuff, but 15 bucks gets you a pretty close seat

most likely a most of the day kinda thing, it is a truck jam, they also do motorX if I recall

I take MARTA alot, it usually isnt too bad, plus I know the extra station, it adds to the excitment and apparently Adam's son loves MARTA, if the group is large enough it will be easier to park there.

well then dont go! anyways I was just passing on what Adam said, I hadn't looked to see what was up, he said trucks, I'll talk to him tomorrow, I am still down to see the bikes as I have never been to one of those. But trucks are cooler.

the $10 seats are the best ones because u get 2 see everything, and the gas fumes isn't as bad. i've been 2 that, the motocross events, and i went to 1 wcw(i got tickets from steve a.k.a sting) event when i use to watch wrestling n plus it was free so y not go. it's fun 2 go at least once, but i still want to go to a demolition derby though.

they had a demo derby at the end of the monster truck show last year, it was pretty cool

MotoX would be cool too. I have been to a couple of those and they are fun but not as fun as big trucks crushing cars!
