Anyone have pics of their FCD's before and after install?

I was looking at all the items in the kit as well as pics of the install. You can PM me if you'd like.

TIA

I think he needs pics of where the fcd is connected to since Joe did not provide it.
Basically ..

I'm trying to figure out how people ran theirs. My friend is thinking he doesn't have all the parts either so if anyone had pics of the parts that would be good or what parts are supposed to be with the kit. He told me it did not come with instructions, I ask where he got it and he just said "the internet" lol friends *shrug*

Not to be a dick but if he cannot figure it out, he really does not need to be installing it; instructions or no instructions. The FCD can do MAJOR damage. MAJOR.

MAJOR.

well it shouldn't be an issue if he isn't boost happy. I'm installing mine next week to aid in my furl cut at 9-9.5 psi. I want to be able to run from 9.5-10 without the cut.

ICE

i added about 5 gallons of 100 octane to a gallon or 2 of 91 and running 10-11 psi w/ 12-13 psi spikes. it got pretty cold tonight, but never hit fuel cut. no FCD either.

and can someone please explain why the FCD can do damage ?

Because if you up the boost past the physical limits of the injectors and/or fuel pump (i.e. pressure) then you can lean out, and pumping 16-18 psi means no more connecting rods.

hmm...so the FCD keeps the engine running while around 16psi and above, and the injectors can't keep up causing a lean situation and explosion ?

thats it. its been speculated (I think its true) that our injectors are maxed out after 14-15psi, it also depends on the temperature outside as the colder the air the more denser and the more is been pumped into the engine.
