On my way to work today---making a left into a parking lot where the road is two ways, each direction having one lane. Traffic was stopped, and the oncoming car yielded to me to let me turn. Then some bumfuck decides he wants to be going 50mph on the shoulder around the cars and here is what happens to my baby because of his dumbass:

Little tip, go to the ER. Even if it's just to get checked out.
Then youll have a medical claim as well as property damage. It'll give you more leverage.

Fixed the links. Also, I did go to the ER; I just didnt want to take a damn ambulance. Got my back checked out and everything is fine anatomically, but I'm still sore. Also as you can see in that last pic the dumbshit was definitely driving down the shoulder when he sent me spinnin'.
