Fault Code 41 Z5 Engine

Hi all
I have used the LED and Jumper wires in the diags port of my 1998 Mazda 323 hatchback 1.5L car and got this result
long long long long short
the diag code is 41 which states in the manual it is faulty air intake solenoid.
Trouble is i have no idea where this solenoid is nor what part number i need to replace it?

Can anyone else help me with this as the car is using loads of petrol and its costing me a fortune?
