False advertising

(I know I've been missing for a bit... did ya miss me? J/K ...and look at what I came up with for a topic right when I got here...lol)

Just wondering, what do you guys and girls think of Wonderbras and the like? Do you think it's false advertising, do you think they look good, or would you rather have the "what you see is what you get" approach?

I would say they are ok. I know they make it look like something is there that isn't, but once you're to the point that it really matters, how many guys are actually gonna say, " Oh, you mean you had a wonderbra on? I'm not doing this. I'm outta here." Come on. I've been there. Once the lights go out, it doesn't matter. If she's hot, she's hot. That doesn't make or break the deal for me. (I say this, but remember that about 80% of my ex's had big'uns anyway. Guess it was just fate!)
I kinda think sometimes smaller is nice. :D
I'm more of a legs and belly person anyway. Nice eyes are a clincher though.

I have some female friends that wear them, and I have to say "Its all good". Even if I know they are not that big, it still gets me going. So Im voting that they are good ;)

No problem with them here!!! :D It shouldn't matter to people cause it's not like it makes them that much bigger! Right? Just gives a little help as far as I know. So, yep I think their fine! ;)

Welcome back, adragonfly!

Most of us wear clothes that show off our attributes and minimize our detriments. It's natural for us to want to look our best.

I guess the main point here is that we are talking about a sexually provocative part of the body. You could have easily asked about whether we like makeup, as well (hey, another thread! :D).

We males react to certain female attributes. While we are all different in the varying levels of response to any individual attribute, there are commonalities based purely upon instinct and evolutionary bias.

I personally think that whether to-wear or not-to-wear is up to the individual woman's choice - for a specific reason. This may appear to be obvious and equivocating, but I'm trying to strike a point.

A woman who decides to purchase and wear a wonder bra is choosing to accentuate her natural form for her specific reason. Through social interactions in her past, she has received negative and positive reactions to her style choices. The ones she kept, rather than the one's she threw away, define her overt pre-mating behavior.

What the woman wears, then, while defining what she personally likes, also defines what she is fishing for: perhaps compliments from peers or maybe interest from potential mates. Both would be nice for some.

I bored you with this diatribe to prove a singular point: If the girl goes fishing and catches what she was casting for, she will continue to use the same bait. Wonder bras were not developed, marketed, manufactured and distributed in a vacuum. The purchasing power is out there, as is the female interest, as is the requisite male reaction to the look.

Looking our best can sometimes mean facilitating a vision of what is expected. I don't believe it is so much false advertising as it is enticement.

Just my opinion... :D

Wonder Bras

Yes, Dragonfly. We did miss you! :( Where ya' been? Is everything okay? Hope so!

The way I see it is this. It is an UNDERgarment. I am not going to see it unless something comes off. Breats, boobies, Mammory Glands.. whatever you want to call them are just that. If a woman wants to wear a Wonderbra because it makes her feel better. Go for it! If your wearing a Wonderbra to try to turn me on. Don't bother. If I am into you and want a physial relationship then it doesn't matter what size your breasts are.

Nice eyes are a clincher though.

gotta agree w/ stringer on this one ;)

I love a woman's eyes. Bright and Blue. Dark and seductive. It doesn't matter. That's the first thing, believe it not, that I noticed about my wife was your Ocean Blue eyes.

I think the summary of this is, SHOW THE GUNS!! :D

THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!! WOOHOOO!!

MY $.02

Do what you feel good with ADF (yes this has been said a few times in this thread) but its so true. Syzygy as always, has great points here in a nut shell are my thoughts

If it makes you feel good do it...

And i am a bum and leg man anyhow and i really in no way care about breast's at all, well not not at all cause there fun to... ah screw it you know what i mean

hey syzygy how many sociology classes have you take, not flaming, just curious. as to the wonderbras, I don't think they really accentuate all that much, although my sister and her friends seem to like em. I've always been one of those people who perfers natural over the "push em up" technique.

Great responoses guys. I hope you all know that I just posted this thread so that we'd have something funny to talk about. Seems like it's been quite around here without much drama going on anymore. I don't really have an opinion ot whether Wonder Bras are good or bad. I own a couple, but I took the padding out. I just thought they were pretty and didn't want the extra help! Sometimes I think that when a woman's chest is too big, she ends up looking top-heavy and strange.

Maybe you should just post some pics and let us help you decide. :)

Pictures of me? or just any examples? hehe...

I'm too shy to do anything like that! I'm pretty confident, but I don't enjoy putting myself out there for public scrutiny. Besides, it would come off as either fishing for compliments or asking to get made fun of. Someone else has already tried that, and it didn't go well for her.;)

I took a sequence in college. I believe my exposition stems more from a socio-antropological sense, though. I'm also a lover of evolutionary biology. The combination probably makes me a cultural-nature-nurture type of guy... :D

Truth be told! That's taking "drama" to the nth degree!

Friday, indeed! :D

To bad you dont live in Toronto, Im out of here in 25 minutes.

Dont mean to rub it in, but I will have had a few cold ones, and you are still at work, he he.

No problems with any of that here.

I look for the total package, how does everything work together. Not just specific body parts.

It all needs to work together, or it looks wrong to me.

Oh, and I say they still feel the same, so enhance them all you want. It's fake breasts that are not as pleasurable to the touch, IMO.

Toronto and Vancouver are great places!

Rub it in, it's a great city!! Man, I visited Toronto less than a handful of times and I really do love the place. Very convenient and lot of great diversity. That's really where I first discovered reggae music ... you guys also had some kick-arse dance floors when I visited!! I love Vancouver as well, good stuff there. But, I hate cold weather... I become immobile when it's so cold outside. And what is wrong with the stores in Toronto closing at such an early hour during the winter? I think they have different closing hours for the warmer season??
