Fabricating some sort of intercooler sprayer

Smoothcriminal- You have a fancy sprayer idea...... I just took 2 3/16 steel lines and cut slits every 1 1/2" (had to play quite a bit with the designs).

I don't have a permenant mount for the bottle, I just hook it up and spray before a run, (guessing Co2 gets into the intake 'cause I went slower while using the Co2 during the run).

I also use a 20 oz. paintball tank (several actually).

I do have a g-tech, however I haven't put the speed on a scale so I'm not sure what weight to put in.

When I went to UTI we actually tested the g-tech against a chassis dyno, when we weighed the cars the horsepower numbers were within 6hp.

Also I haven't had the speed in 2-3mnths, still in the bodyshop.

I want a reservior that has a wide enough mouth to accomodate some ice cubes in the summer. Ccccccooooold water!

Rocket - Go down to your local NAPA/Pep-Boys/Autozone etc. and buy a universal washer kit. It has the following stuff in it:

Tank - Large mouth
Motor - Built into bottom of tank
Rubber hoses - Long enough for placement anywhere
wiring - complete with ground
button to activate - This sucks, get a nice one from Radio shack for 2 bucks
Copper "sprayers"- These suck, I bought a Home Depot bug sprayer and used the nozzel off that.

It was about 40 bucks with tax. 8 for the nozzel.

I wonder if I took apart my refridgerator/freezer, I could devise some sort-of device for this......Hmmmm.
