F-ing Wings West

DUDE! I hate wings west! I ordered a skyline series wing from wings west in March. And guess what...I still haven't recieved it. Listen to this ...It was in my town about to be delivered, but FEDEX sent it back to wings west because they didnt feel like finding my house!!! Grr. I gotta call them tomorrow and see if it has even been sent yet. Oh yeah one more thing...FEDEX wants to charge me $90 more shipping for sending it back to wings west!

Sounds like your problem might be with FedEx and not Wings West. I dunno, but from what you just said thats what it sounds like.

i think the problem is Fedex tho. fedex ground is the worst. they sent my tires back because the dipshit was too lazy to ring the buzzer for the gate at work!!!
now thats sad

But, Yeah, the shipping back was FEDEX's fault. They are so friggin lazy. I hate FEDEX, but what sucks about wings west is that they wont help me out at all! I've called everyday for about 2weeks asking for a damn tracking number so i can see where it is and they keep saying they will call me back. I have yet to recieve that call. For all i know it was probably sent back again. LOL. Hopefully when I call tomorrow they will have the number...

I have never recieved anything from FedEx...but have had similar problems with UPS....what fixed it was this....usually they don't want or can't just leave the item at my door....I love out in the country and you could leave ANYTHING SAFELY on my front door...well it may take them god only knows how long to attempt a second delivery....so what I have done and has worked like a champ...was to make a sign to put up next to my door that simply states to the UPS AND FEDEX drivers that is no one is home at the house that they are authorized to deliver it across the street.....and there is ALWAYS someone home there.....since doing that I have yet to miss a dilivery. :{D

FedEx (and maybe UPS) has a form you can fill out to authorize them to leave stuff and where to leave it. They are supposed to then keep a record of it at the local delivery point or somewhere. Once I filled that out, i haven't had a problem. Of course my rental office usually accepts the packages for us anyway. There are a few benefits to living in an apartment complex.

If i were you I would raise hell.....I would ask for a supervisor or who ever is incharge of wingswest.......Let them know what happened too you, especially if you allready paid for the product, that is bad business to keep turining you away........
