Exhaust?

That is a bad looking weld job on the canister in the picture. I doubt that would be as nice as the Racing Beat Muffler. To answer your question though not w/o alteration on the exhaust tip and the mid piping looks funky.

Agreed it looks like a POS exhaust. maybe an upgrade for a P5 but a down grade for a MSP. It's for a P5 so it needs modification to fit the sedan.
Boostr: it doesn't look like a midpipe is included. That funky pipe is their resonator.

O haha Gotcha, yeah they trick you with the picture.

Yeah I would just save up what maybe $100 more dollars and get a good quality exhaust from a vendor on here. They won't do you wrong.

x2 not only with that piece sound like a bucket full of butt holes when you install it, it wont last long either.

Damn broo Never go that cheap on a MSP. Save and get corksport 3' exhaust after taxes. Or around a good 300 have a nearby shop make you 1 stainless.

Yeah, i just want a more stock looking exhaust, i dont have my muffler any more so i was looking into what i can get. Anyone know if i can still get the greddy sp2 catback (I think it is) somewhere?

you should be able to get one if you look around, but they have been discontinued. i love my sp2. i got a great deal on it. but you can get corksport exhaust cheaper and it includes the midpipe

on the corksport exhaust, can you not use there substitute pipe for the cats and use the stock cats instead?

why keep the stock cats? the catback by itself is not gonna give u much. replacing the stock cats with a catless pipe or a high flow catted one is a much bigger bang for your buck

I dunno, its a weird situation, I started looking for exhausts to have a less eye catching one (cuz cops haha) but having a ss exhaust on hand would be nice, so im trying to figure out what I could do, Im thinkin getting the corksport exhaust and switching out the mufflers. Does anyone know if this is the stock msp muffler and if it would fit on the corksport exhaust?

the stock axleback will bolt up to the corksport

Thank you, I think ive made my decision then, I will probably buy the axleback exhaust i posted (since I dont have the stock anymore) above then eventually buy the corksport and switch the midpipes as needed.
