Exhaust Setup: Injen, OBX, MSP Midpip, MSD Sport Exhaust?

:
Mazda Protege ES 2002 Sunlight Silver
It's time to complete my exhaust system...

I have an 02 pro es with an Injen CAI, and Mazdaspeed sport exhaust (yes the one that drones).

I'm planing on buying a Mazdaspeed Midpipe with the two cats on it with an OBX header. Does anyone have this setup? Will adding the MSP midpipe with 2 cat's keep my car legal since all I am doing is moving the first cat under the car?

Also, I know that the OBX header has two bungs on it already for the O2 sensor. What do you guys recommend to do to close up one of the bungs (because the other O2 snesor will be after the first cat. I just need to get a harness extension for that O2 sensor).

So my overall questions are: Is this setup good? legal? throw a CEL? and lastly if anyone has this type of setup, sound?

Well I have the OBX headers with the Bosal catback exhaust from Protegegarag.com and a Magnaflow High Flow Cat. It sounds deep and when I get a CAI then It's going to get a little more deeper.

I wouldn't go with the MSP two cat set up. If your looking for power go for a highflor cat. In theory it would kill the noise a bit but at the same time it will kill the power you could have gotten from freing up the exhaust flow.

to seal up the o2 bung just go to autozone, buy some jbweld and a spark plug non-fouler(18mm/w gasket), apply jb-weld to close up the fouler, screw into o2 bung. Bingo.
