Exhaust Question for you Gear Heads

So I am thinking about adding an exhaust system to my 2012 MZ3. Here comes the questions, 1. Which would be the most reputable company to go thru for a MZ3, Corksport from what I hear? 2. If I do go down the route of adding an exhaust system, what would compliment the mod best? I've heard that adding a cold air intake manifold in necessary. 3. Will the addition of an exhaust system void my dealership warranty?
