Exhaust noise reduction

I've had the CPE 3'' catback and downpipe for around 3 months now. The performance is incredible, however my car is a daily driver. I threw the CPE additional 14'' racing muffler on the third part of the catback system, but still have a significant "drone". Anyone have any ideas to reduce that ear rambling drone without losing power?! (ohsnap!)

Install a straight thru glasspack or resonator inline.

i recently put a resonator in my 2.5" custom and it reduced noise quite a bit. there is still a drone at highway speeds.....if you have downpipe-back exhaust you've got to expect a lot of noise.

A Cherry Bomb? That would be a neat sound on a Mazdaspeed6.
But in line before the muffs at the rear of the car it is PUUUUURRRRRRFECT!(naughty)

single. there are good and bads with that. Physics and aerodynamic laws will prove that you get less back pressure out of a single, because it is a straighter line out, however aesthetically it makes a little bit of difference. You can harldly notice that it is now a single from a distance, but up you can tell. If it was a double, I could have put a 14'' high flow muffler on each side, and maybe made that drone a little softer, but now i'm kinda restricted to only one muffler. oh well.
