I need to buy an exhaust for my car and NOPI has a coupon for 20 bucks off. I saw two catbacks that I am interested in getting. I need to know any negative or any other infor for that matter about the Bosal/Brospeed exhast and the other is the Magnaflow,

A few questions

1. Does either produce more power?
2. Is one louder than the other?
3. Do they both have good fit and finish and if not what's wrong.

The Bosal/Brospeed will end up costing $309 and the Magnaflow will end up costing $349 Any help with my questions is appreciated.

Well, I have a Magnaflow Race series Muffler w/ custom 2.5" catback. If you want it to be quiet but have power, go with Magnaflow. If you want it to be louder go with Bosal, I dont really know if the Bosal makes more power but the Magnaflow will get around 10WHP and a nice sound. I have been happy with mine.

Magnaflow is generally preferred if you don't want to be loud. if you do, then the bosal might be the better option, BUT... it's made of mild steel if I remember correctly. might wanna look into other options. $20 off isn't really all THAT big of a deal and you could always use that coupon on something else. Also, make sure you keep an eye on what shipping's gonna run you with exhausts, especially cat-backs. they're not small.

Additionally, and sorry for the pimping, but I'm selling my OBX Full stainless catback http://www.mazda3online.com/product_info.php?cPath=136_27_42&products_id=313&osCsid=786bc848aae1bc67f6e5cb411ae60e11 for $250 shipped. I only used it for about a month, but ti was tooloud for my tastes only because I do alot of long distance driving with others in the car. For around town, and just spirited driving in general, I loved it.

bump for good purchase here.....i would buy it if i did not have a MSP exhaust and if my g/f did not b**** so much about how loud my car is!!!

someone purchase this shipped for $250......grear deal

go for the magnaflow, its nice and not too loud

also, be sure to check the clearance/discount section on nopi. when i bought mine from them, they had it listed for 340 when you go the the exhaust section, but checked the clearance area and they had them listed for like 300.

You can use the coupon as often as you wish as long as you make seperate orders. My shipping is basically being covered by the coupon so it ens up being 340 anyway. If you know of someone who had this catback for cheaper let me know.

If I were you, I would order the muffler and have someone custom fab the catback exhaust the way you want it. Thats what i did and it cost 125. Just my .02

Talk to the guys at racingextreme.com about a Racing Beat. If sound is an issue the RB is the way to go...sounds great and not loud (unless you have a header?) (wiggle)

Isn't the RB supposed to be heavy?

how come no mention of the greddy catback exhaust. I have it and it has a nice low sound(comes /w 2 resonators). sounds great /w my ractive header and injen cai

i always liked magnaflow, but borla will probably give you more power, although whats the differnce between 2-5 hp you wont even notice it, just buy one that you think looks good and sounds good and gives you a decent amout of power

then buy the least expensive, you probably wont notice a diference in power, probably sound thats all

magnoflow is cheaper forthe p5 then the RB, i think cause my friend was thinking of eitehr getting a RB or a magnaflow
