I got a used Exhaust Depot FMIC and installed it last night. What a pain in the ass. I started at 5:45pm and didn't finish until around 1am. What I thought looked easy, wasn't. All the stock stuff came out perfectly fine. Then when it was time to start mounting and putting stuff together, the intercooler wasn't going to sit nice and straight because the brackets that hold them where all janky and some of the t-bolt nuts were missing. So I had to run to Orchard Supplies and get some substitutes. I had to muscle a lot to get things aligned, kept on taking pipes/couplers off and on. After I managed to get things together, I took it for a test drive. Everytime I get into boost, I hear a whine. It's weird. Nothing I've never heard. I've driven and riden in all kinds of turbo cars. Any clue what it could be?
