So the Thunder V2 exhaust manifold does not come with it's own studs, it just has holes where you have to provide your own nuts and bolts. Basically my problem is that the nuts keep coming off of the bolts which of course causes massive exhaust leaks. It's already happened to me once before, so last time I replaced all the nuts/bolts/washers and used loctite when I reinstalled everything. Obviously it wasn't enough because on Wednesday it happened again. In rapid succession I had 3 nuts fall off of the flange bolts which means the loctite wasn't enough, and now my turbo is held up by just one bolt and nut. How the **** can I stop this from happening? I'm tired of having to remove the entire manifold and turbo just to tighten 4 ******* bolts...
