There's actually 2 of them, the other one is just smaller. I swear, my 6 y/o is going to get me in trouble. She's the one always telling me to go faster.. :) Yep, teach them young I say!

HAHA hell yes .. I remember helping my dad shift the gears when I was younger. That was the coolest.

You can't say "no" can you? Love the EVO. I think they look best in white.

It's tough, but yeh I do. I'm one for trying to be safe. Wouldn't look good or be safe flying down the road with 2 little kids in the back.

Thanks for the compliment. I love white too!

Where are the pics of the best part ... the engine?

I'll have to get some for you. I don't actually have any right now. I'll get the wife's camera this evening and snap a few. :)

ohh a sleeper evo...that's just mean. lol sub for pictures of engine

Well, I got back too late from the track this evening and didn't get pics of the engine bay. Weird night at the track though. Went to launch on my first run and right when that last yellow goes off I hit it and blew off an intercooler pipe, so.. I was n/a all the way down the track. I think I trapped around 60mph at about 20 seconds or so. That's just a guess because I was too embarassed the pick up the time slip. I spent an hour trying to find someone with some tools to get the pipe back on. After finally getting it on, I waiting in line again for over an hour. Second and final run of the night I pull an 11.92 @ 118.35. Not too bad but my 60' sucked. It was a 1.87 which sucks for having awd.. :( Oh well, it was a lot of fun. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow.

Oh well a consistently high 11 car as a daily driver is pretty beast. I would be more than happy with that.

Thanks Kamon. Your right too. It's nice having an 11 second car but is sure was expensive getting it there! :(

There were some really nice cars at the track last night. I think there were over 300 cars running too which is why is took so long to get a run in. I've never seen it so packed.

I used to belong to the EvoM forum because I had a turbo Lancer OZ. When I was down in VA I met up with some people from that forum and the DCEvo forum almost every week. I sold the Lancer and bought an MSP. They respected the MSP and were really impressed on the performance, even though I was only running around 200 at the wheel.

There's some pretty cool guys/girls on the Evom forum. Most members seem to have a good background on the 4g63 and Evo in general. Many have a DSM background. About the most negative I've seen would be arguing about stupid sh''t but I guess that's about normal in any forum your a part of.

I'd love to have a MSP for a daily driver. It has the power and performance you could still have a lot of fun with and still be economical. I'd then build the Evo to be just a weekend track car. Now if I could only talk my wife in to getting rid of the Explorer!
