Evo hood - dirty engine bay?

Anyone with an Evo style or otherwise open vent hood up north have problems? Just wondering during rain/snow/slush, etc how dirty the engine gets? Does the airflow keep most of the crap out? I don't want to have to clean the engine bay every other day, which would be tough to accomplish when it's 10 degrees outside. Especially winter salt on the engine. Thanks!

Mines pretty dirty. I haven't washed under the hood since I got it, about 2 months, and it's more dirty than it was before. It's well worth the dirt though.

it gets dirty, just have to give a little more love to that area more often. its not horrible, but it will accumulate if you do nothing. well worth it though.

Yeah, but that dirt is adding weight. I'll need to up the torque to compensate. :D This car mod thing could be a never ending cycle.
