yeah.. thats one of the problems.. other one im worried about is the fact that it fits OVER the stock bumper...

It says Protege ES on it.. wondering if its for the sedan after all.. the guy said it didnt fit on his ...

I guess im supposed to cut out the exhaust myself..

the area where the taillights meet up to the rear bumper look like it fits a P5, or it could just be a bad angle for me, and i can't tell. But if you put that on, i'm sure it'll look good. Might just have to get a little creative, and do some fabrication to make it fit, as well as the exhaust.

yeah.. bad part is.. I paid $100 for it.. gonna cost 4x that to put it on.. heh.. kinda crappy but eh.. hopefully they do a good job. (IfI go with them)

i tried something like that when i got my full P5 kit. I had no rear lip, so i tried to force the P5 bumper onto the sedan, and i was able to make it sit, BUT, there was a huge gap near the taillights and the rear bumper, because the sedan taillights are wider than the P5 ones. So i just took it off, and it's now sitting in the back of my house, collecting dust.

I was gonna sell it for 50 bucks when someone offered that price to me on forumshawaii, but so far.....no cash in the hand. If you want it for 50, it's all yours. End of Threadjack.

Here's an idea make a rectangular exhaust tip and run it through, but flush with the hole in the center.

It was just an idea and I was talking about it as a functional item. So if that's rice, then putting an 'Evo' anything on a Protege is rice. (bird)

yeah.. its pretty big.. but still better than what I have.. stock with a bunch of scrapes and scratches...

would rather have that huge barn then ugly stock crap.
