Ets tmic

I wanted to post this here because there is more traffic on the Speed6 Forum...

Will the Mazdaspeed 6 ETS TMIC work for the CX-7?? And will the stock CX-7 bolt directly on to the Speed6??

I have a chance to get the ETS for real cheap...and trade for stock TMIC

i think it should... they are the same power train... considering they are both the topmount setup with the hood shroud for air intake, clearance should be fine too.

what year is the CX-7?

idk after looking at protege garage's website there ets tmic for the cx-7 is $61 cheaper than the speed6's tmic. so if they are the same then i would say thats kinda messed up lmao. if i were you i would just call them to see if the speed6 tmic is the same as the cx7. websites below

There is a metal rim that the mazdaspeed versions have and the CX-7 version does not. It helps direct air through the intercooler. The CX-7 has a little different ducting, so it doesn't need to have that rim. If you buy a MS3 or MS6 unit, you can unbolt the rim. I have one from an MS3 on mine...
