Hey everyone.. my Name's Alex and I'm an alcho.. Mazda 2 owner. Lol sorry.. I'm extremely tired right now. Anywho, I bought my Mazda 2 back in I believe end of October. I've been lurking for a little while on here just scoping the scene, and I finally decided to join, especially since I'm seeing a nice growth in the aftermarket parts sector. This car is actually the 5th car I've owned, and I'm only 19.. woops.
Back story on getting the car. Before the Mazda Poo, I had a 99 Ford Svt Contour. I loved that car, it sounded absolutely amazing. My dad had one, so naturally I got one since I fell in love with it when my dad had it. At first, I'll be honest, I regretted getting the car. I come from a racing background, every car I had was pretty damn quick.. Modded SVT Contour, Track Car Integra Type R, I also have done Go-Kart racing doing 160 km/h inches off the ground.. so going to a 100hp car DEFINITELY needed some adjusting to. Overall now, I'm much more satisfied with the purchase. There's more aftermarket out, I'm saving a crap load on gas (although not as good as some of you guys on here though...), and the car in stock form is really not that bad in the handling department. If everything works out with my job, I'll hopefully have some K-Sport's and 14x7 RPF-1's on my car in the near future
. No pics of the Deuce, there's nothing special to it right now. But, to feed my nostalgia, I'll post some pics of my Contour.
