* Get settled in.
* Gather up incoming Mazdas (there will be a lot of us, and not all of us will have a properly working GPS unit not to mention any names haha)
* Meet other Mazda owners
* Go shopping (this is always fun when everyone splits up, and somehow all find each other shortly after in the beer aisle)
* Spend the evening checking out everyones cars, sharing stories, and finding those stragglers who havnt found us all yet

Day 2: (Date coming soon)

* Wake up, have a big breakfast somewhere
* Go shopping (for food this time)
* Collect up everyone, and go for a HUGE carwash session! Everyone helps out everyone, we clean 50+ Mazdas in 40 minutes!!!
* Photo shoot, seeing how many places along the way we get kicked out of
* Visit the area, see what there is to do
* Maybe hit the beach
* Additions to be made as agenda is finalized

Day 3: (Date coming soon)

* Wake up, have a big breakfast somewhere
* Start some installs
* Those not doing installs meet up and begin activities yet to be determined

Day 4:

(How long is this meet? Some people are taking a week, most likely it will only be a weekend so well figure out time tables for activities, installs and the rest as time goes along but this is a starting point.)

The main Base Camp will be at the Myrtle Beach KOA. Their website is: www.MyrtleBeachKOA.com.

First and most importantly, when you make a reservation mention you are with the mazda group and youll recieve a 10% discount but only after weve filled a minimum of 20 sites, whether it be lodges, tent sites, or cabins.

Rates:

* For a tent site with water and electicity hook up, for two people its $44 a night.
* For a one room cabin with a double bed and 2 single bunks, for two people its $64 a night.
* For a two room cabin with a double bed and 2 sets of bunks, for two people its $75 a night.
* For a lodge, for two people its $130 a night for 2.
* Note: Each additional person is 6 dollars per night for your location.

The rates for Thurs -Sun are also two dollars cheaper.

As of January 4th there are only 6 lodges left so if you want a lodge move fast kiddies.

Weve told them there could be anywhere from 75-100 people and the guy I spoke with sounded pumped! so hopefully this location is fun friendly! Again, mention the mazda group to get a discount!

yeah im going in april to play golf actually, so i was hoping for a change of scenery, although i do camp in WV every year

I generally go down there every year, either with family or friends, and I think its one of the nicest vacation spots around. You'll love the golf down there, just make sure you get the discounts from all the huts and hotels.

yes come guys! last year was a blast. also i see people talkin bout the heat and tents. they have tents as well as cabins. a 6 person cabin for 3 nites will run u $55 a person. also if you decide to stay at KOA (which i encourage you do) say your mazda. you will receive a 10% discount!

KOA requires that to stay at their campgrounds you reserve a minimum of 3 nites. Which by them doing this pushes away a lot of people because not everyone can afford to get away for that long. So they are making an exception for us and bumping it down to 2 nite minimum! Make sure you say your with Mazda and you'll be ok. (843) 448-3421 - KOA Myrtle Beach
