Engine Code P0463 and P0464

I've recently had a bit of strange behavior (random fluctuation) from my fuel gauge, followed by a CEL and codes P0463 and P0464.

P0463 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Input
P0464 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Intermittent

Has anyone had similar issues? What's the best thing to try first?

Best thing to try first is bring it to a mechanic. You more than likely need a new fuel level sender, im not sure if the fuel level sender is part of the fuel pump assembly or not. But i wouldn't take the chance of messing around with all that gasoline to replace it take it to a mechanic.
