It depends on how low you are going to go. I am running the regular protege ones that are the longest I think. You basically want the RSB to be parallel to the ground, so the best thing to do is measure once your springs are settled
I personally just emailed Tony at AWR Racing exactly the setup I was putting on and he did the matching for me plus gave me a quote shipped to my door that was even less than I thought I would have to spend. Go with adjustable end links as you don't know when or how much your Teins will settle at their permanent dropping point.
