i installed my eibach pro kit yesterday and had my car aligned this morning. man what a great product. just driving around town i can hardly tell the difference but when i opened it up on a curvy road my car came to life. i thought it handled good before but now it is the s***. the springs combined with new wheels and wider tires really made a big difference. if anyone is debating which springs to use, i say go with the Eibach. just my two cents

is an alignment nessasary when ever you change out your springs?

considering you just disassembled and reassembled your front end.....YES. its a real good idea....other wise....you may find yourself buying a new set of tires in the near future.

What's the best way to measure how much better handling is after installing these springs? I heard the GC's are the best for the mp3...

hmmmm....don't really know a way to MEASURE it....

one thing is for sure.....your springs are going to be stiffer...thus you should be getting less body roll....which means that the weight of the car as it corners will be transfered more to the tires....our cars have VERY little roll now....not sure if you can actually measure how much our handling will actually IMPROVE.

is it true if u get the eibach pro kit(or any lowering spring kit for that matter) that it's highly recommend to change/upgrade the shocks as well as the struts b/c the stocks one won't work as well with the new springs? something about it being to bouncy and to much stress, is this true or just total BS?

You should be fine with the P5 struts since they are valved pretty good. Of course if you can afford it go right ahead. It's better have them installed with the Pro-Kit or coilovers so you don't end up having to pay double labor.

I need to get it alighned agian do you think the alighnment shop will have trouble if I put my camber kit in?

i am looking to get new shocks now. it has been a couple months since i installed the springs and i still have not notice any problems with stock shocks. however, my best friend has a mustang with cobra R springs and stock shocks and it is realy starting to ride like s***. i don't want to wait that long. i wish tokico would hurry the hell up. anyone have any ideas?
