so is anyone using non stock shocks with these springs? i'm thinking about getting the koni yellows as well, but since it's the same part # as the regular mazda 3 i'm not sure anymore, i just dont need the adjustability of coilovers since i'll never adjust them hah
i have always got koni yellows, springs and sways on all the cars i've had and never had any issues.

Funny, I have been thinking of getting Koni Yellows, too. I need something to soak up bumps. The car has taken a few hard bumps (Not sure what it's called, but where the freeway and the freeway bridge meet? The transition?) and was wondering if better shocks would help.

How many miles on your car? I have 33K and my stock shocks are shot!!!
It feels like I'm riding on springs only.

i think you'll be very satisfied with that setup.

i'd run it in a heartbeat if i had issues with my stock dampers.

14k, but only about 2.5k with the Eibachs on. I just feel I need more dampening power (or something).

What has been the overall opinion on need for alignment after Cobb/Eibach springs, assuming car was within spec to begin? One post mentioned more negative camber in back and minimal in front but has it caused significantly more inner tire wear to anyone's mind/

I got a 4 wheel alignment after I put the springs on and luckily belle tire was nice enough to only charge me for a front alignment because the rear didnt change at all and only the toe was significantly out on passenger front, which happens to be the one we had the hardest time doing the springs on. The negative camber on the rear is the same it just looks more now that its lowered. I got a 6mo warranty on the alignment so in april I will go back and have it checked again. No tire wear issues on mine but I've only got 3k miles on since.

Definitely have it checked. No two cars are alike, so nobody else's experience will be 100% comparable to your own.
