Has anyone tried this device out?

A friend of mine had one installed on his old Lancer and the car suddently came back to life with more torque in the lower band and got him to 9km/liter from 7km/liter.

I'd like to know if anyone with a pro has tried it out.

i wonder...but isnt turbulence bad...isnt this just a turbonator or tornado hooked to your intake manifold...minus the shiny fan

The thing is placed after the MAF sensor I think before the intake manifold.

They say that they use this technology in F1? So I guess the Ecotek hasn't reached the US?
