i have bought a couple things from ebay... they are generally legit and if u use a credit card and they never send it u can get your money back

its not ebay that would screw you, its the guy that put up the auction, some sellers are really good, some you have to hold a knife to their knecks to get your s***

just check their feedback

Like the other said, do your research. If you have a bad feeling about one of the sellers, don't buy from them.

Yeah, I have been ripped off on ebay. I won a pair of 18 inch Konig rims for real cheap and sent the girl the money and she wouldnt reply to my emails and never sent the rims. So I complained to ebay and got her phone number. Her dad ended up sending me my money back. So I was pretty lucky.

yeah most of the time ebay is god at resolving problems....also take into consideration some people charge youups price for shipping and send it snail mail.....thats how my us spec euros came.......5 weeks later(boom07)

Just pay attention to feedback, and you oughtta be OK. I've never had a problem with eBay.

It is very important to look at a persons feedback, and prior sales before buying on ebay. I've always done this and have never had a problem on ebay. It's a good place to find the odd thing or two. All my car audio stuff is bought on ebay too, it's the only place to find good old school stuff.

My motto is, don't give good feedback unless they diserve it...

I have no problem giving neutral feedback if the person wasn't a good ebayer but I still received the product.

I give bad feed back if the product was not as advertised, I didn't receive it, or something else went horribly wrong.

I returned an amp I got off ebay because the guy put a photo of a similar model in mint condition...said it was in mint condition, but when I received it, it was scratched to all hell, missing mounting screws, and had broken feet. I only gave him neutral feedback though because he was very cooperative with the return.

i buy all the time from EBAY! once you learn to trust it, you get addicted to it! i ALWAYS look at there feedback though and read all the negatives. actually i just bought an antire xenon kit for my 3 off there today! when it comes to buying on e bay its always good to use a credit card. the seller as 1 month to send you the item. if they dont send it to u by then u contact e bay and then u get you money back. but during that month you have to have tried to e mail them call them etc. anyways, i have never had a problem with ebay!!!! its gr8

I've never had a problem until last week. I ordered an intake for my roomates civic- we got it in two days but the asshole who manufactures a score of intakes for various cars doesn't send his CAI intakes with instructions. When I asked if he could show me a pic of how the pipes are supposed to go or even draw a diagram for me he wouldn't respond.

I hate leaving negative feedback so I emailed him (for the 4th time) asking for an explaination and all he did was basically tell me I was an idiot and needed to take it to a "professional" for instalation!!! ahahha Errmm sir I turbo'ed my own car and have done a ton of CAI installs in my day.

I think he's full of s*** and only did the math and measurements- he still won't admit to having installed it yet- but he manufactures them.

NEVER BUY FROM www.xo2racing.com
