If you're serious, come on by. It appears that stock units with a new exhaust, with it's rev limiter moved up sound almost the most agressive.
cheers!

Triptonic (or other automatic) cars usually still will shift if they feel an extreme load around 1200-1500rpm, unless you have a way to defeat it. We need to be able to record them starting from idle without a forced shift. Hope this explains it, thanks !

Hum, I can go from idle to 7000 rpm on first gear with the sportronic, I can go more but I'm to scared to try to hit 8000 rpm.

I wish I can go I have been going up to Carson at least 2 times a week for the last 2 months, and this week is my rest period. Darn if this was just a week or two weeks ago I'd woulda been there.

For those that are going to come (thank you already), please give me a call during the day at 714 343 5656 to confirm that you're going to come and at what time. It'll be quite an interesting day with a big variety of cars.

Some asked me who is recording the sound: same guys that recorded for 2 Fast 2 Furious, Gone in 60 seconds, Fast and furious etc. So you'll be in good hands.

reminder: June 26th, Carson, California, Shinesteet Inc (see original message for exact address)

cheers !

ya what digitalpro5 said about triptronics is true. you can go from idle to the rev limiter and it wont shift until you Bump it. well atleast in the mazda pro5 you can, ive done it plenty of times. i like to roll around in 1st or 2nd gear alot just to be in my power zone.

Thank you to those people who came ! We got a lot of great cars that day! Especially thanks to the person who went through the hassle of taking off their muffler ! (sorry man, can't remember your name of the top of my mind)

cheers !
