E brake and ABS lights

My e-brake and ABS ligths came on today and now they will not go off, so I am looking to see if anyone has had this problem and what I might be able to do to fix it.

Put brake fluid in the resevoir under the hood, you are low. Also check your brake pads as they are probably worn down depending on your mileage.

I just cheaked my brake fluid and my brakes where done about 8 months ago. So maybe it could be something eles?

well usually if the brake fluid isnt about full the light would come on .. as for abs i have no idea

Either the ABS fuse is blown, or you have a fault in the ABS system such as a wheel sensor.

Okay...my brake light goes on and off and my car is at 35k. Is it time for new brakes? Last time I checked...the fluid level was okay.

i say if they aint squeakin yet dont change em b/c the pads still got some wear on them left. as far as the brake light is conerned, youre probably low on brake fluid, so go under your hood and fill that up until its about full. the light should go away.

alright guys, need some advice here, this morning on my way to work my E brake light came on, so i pulled over and was like wtf! (uhm) so i pulled up the e brake and put it down and the light went off, then drove to work everything was fine, when i was leaving work i noticed that my steering wheel was very jiggly, then i noticed that when the car is going straight, the steering wheel is tilted to the right about 5 or 10 degrees, when i got home i checked the brake fluid and the level wasnt near low at all, so whats goin on???

I have the same problem. My e-brake light comes on every so often, for no apparent reason. If the brake fluid level is fine, what else could it be?

I filled mine up and it hasn't happened since

btw Tool is the s***, lost my left shoe jumping the little barrier to divide the under and over 21 when I got to see them live. it was awesome, kinda lame though because the had the standing room only 21+ but we all jumped and had a blast
