Jamie, when you getting your engine in your car? I'm heading to the track in a couple weeks, looking for a 15.3 or better. The drag calculater says 15.1, but I don't like go in setting myself up for disappointment.
Soon hopefull...I am hoping to have a standalone by Thanksgiving, so hopefully will have the engine in by Christmas...

Still need some other s*** though...like a header...and some minor odds and ends I wanted to get done too...such as the clutch which will be needing replacement soon, and a new shifter...

but the standalone being installed with the current engine is first order of business...if I have trouble tuning it myself and that sort of thing, it will be even longer before the new engine gets dropped in...

I am still trying to sell some wheels, and some stock parts to come up with some funds...but I will have some big paychecks soon too...its coming along...

I will definately get to the track next spring with summer tires back on...I am hoping for well under 15...but I also don't want to get disappointed...if I have over 180whp once tuned properly, that won't be a problem...but I only have evidence of what this engine did off the street...so not going to flip out until its in the car and I see where I am...

anyway josh, which drag calculator do you use? there are so many out there and some were predicting 16.5 seconds for my car, some 14.9...

but by the sounds of it 15.1 sounds pretty close for your car (well i hope).

ps - BEAT ME!

screw calculators and predictions...onle one real way to find out (burnout)
