Drove a Mazdaspeed

Great car, much much better than my P5, after 3000 rpm the pull compared to the P5 is unbeliavable, and it takes corners so flat with little understeer, if tomorrow I can get it for 15,000$ I'll get it, wish me luck

good luck, and yes, you'll likely get oversteer in this car, I know I have. And that's with the failing rear bushing(clunk). Apparently it's much tighter with the new E bushings. If you get the car, you'll love it.

I'm in love with this car already

The salesman let me drive it for 20 minutes, and he told me to push it through some twisty roads behind the dealership, fabolous car the handling is incredible, very close to an NSX I drove some time ago. I revved it up to 4000rpm though because the engine is brand new I don't wanna break anything on my test drive ;)

you can give it hard, just don't redline it. Don't be afraid to let the turbo spool to 5500rpm, that's when the power starts to curve anyways. Oh well, if you get the car, you'll still be very happy.

I am working on getting an '03.5 MSP (yellow w/2,500 miles) that was wrecked from behind for $675! From the pics that I have seen the trunk is f**ked, but I don't need a trunk on the P5. If everything goes according to plan, then there will be some MSP goodies for sale up here (Racing Harts, shift knob and lever, seats, lip, etc...) as well as a partial P5->MSP conversion. If it happens, it will be around Feb 10th or so... wish me luck. I don't want to get my hopes up too high, but an MSP5 would be pretty cool. Especially for less than $1k!

That IS cool! Do those wheels fit on a P5? I'm assuming they don't since you aren't keeping them. Keep us posted on what you are selling...might be cool to get some stuff from ya. I live in the IE of SoCal, so we're pretty close.

sorry to thread jack, anco2001. I love the MSP too, I wish you luck with $15k. That would be a killer price!
