True thing I deal with everyday. Conversation I had with a gentleman that wanted to report a road rage incident:
"I pulled out of a parking lot onto a street and I nearly got ran off da road by one of dem people".
"Who's 'those people' sir?"
"you know...those Mexicans... they drive "dem kinda trucks"
"What kind of truck would that be sir?"
"one of dem hooked up trucks with tints and stuff they drive...."
"ok, so did you get a license plate number sir?"
"well... no...."
"and when you pulled out into the roadway, did you look to your left BEFORE doing so?"
"well.. that truck came out of NOWHERE"... (in other words, he cut 'dem people' off)
"ok sir, what would you like me to do?"
"well officer... he was reaching under the seat like he had something, startin swirving behind me and I got out the way. He must've been trying to get a gun or something... you need to go find him and take em off da road!"
"ok, so let me get this straight... you want me to find one of 'dem people', driving one of 'those kinda trucks' and just pull them over and see if they have a gun??"
"well,.... yeah."
"sir, have you heard of profiling?"
"what?..."
"ok, we can't go around town, pulling every 'Mexican' over with a hooked up tinted truck with no license plate to go on and ask them to please show us if they have a gun or loose change that they were looking for in their car when you pulled out in front of them."
Long pause at this point....
"so what you're sayin' is.... you aint gonna help me?"
"what I'm saying sir, is that I need more information than that and you are not providing it in order for me to do my job."
"FINE.... fine..... what's your name officer??"
"It's Rodriguez sir....."
"OH HELL... nevermind then...."

What are you saying? I live in Southern California. People need to understand that you can't just blame "illegal aliens" (how do you know that they were illegal?) for every social problem that comes up. It's funny how people like you don't mind dealing with Mexicans when your screwing them out of an honest days pay, but the minute something goes wrong you want them all to go back to Mexico.
