Drivers Seat Motor Problem (2018 CX-5)

Hello all, I have a 2018 CX5 with memory seats and the Drivers seat (right hand drive) has stopped going up and down. It is a mechanical issue with the motor as it is still getting power. Does anyone know if this is the correct motor in the eBay link below that controls the up and down of the seat?

I would like to find the correct part before I strip the seat down

I have attached a photo of the location of the motor which is marked with the red box. It sits just behind this area.

Are you sure it's the motor? I've seen other reports on here that show seat problems to be due to the drive cable (though not sure if it applies to up/down).

Yes 90% sure it is the motor. I can't see any cables coming from it only a shaft linking the drive to the other side. It sounds like something has failed in the gearbox of the motor.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I didn't mean wiring cables, but drive cables. Others have had them break at the motor, or round off.

The motor doesn't appear to have drive cables only a drive shaft linking the two sides.
