driver windows Auto switch not work

hi

i am opan driver speaker panel 2 check front speaker after checkand open i find 4 small pices yellow colour (for what this 4 small pices same screw )

and now the windows switch work but the driver windows (Auto button function) it is`not work all windows work just the driver window stop work

the problem in switch or in windows ??and for what this 4 small yellow pices ??

only driver windows it is not work other is working

this 4 pices for driver control switch windows put inside switch and working windows direct

4 windows,, 4 yellow pices.. So is Only the driver window not working,, am i getting this right ?
