I agree with you on the lighter part. My issue with the nurburgring is that they are more of a "tuner" wheel and are more common vs the Axis. Not trying to be as common, but I really do like them, and their weight and quality may win over the Axis Power, although they're also more $.
I take off my tires and rotate them every 2,500 to 3,000 miles and am generally sort of anal about cleaning under the vehicle so no problem with cleaning out the nooks and crannys. I personally like the multi spoke wheels over a five star design on this type of vehicle as the puny brakes look better with a little "hiding". Also, having had many 5 star wheels in the past, I've notice suspension and brake rotors seem to rust easier and more frequently than multi spokes. Or, maybe it's just because I can see more of everything behind the wheels [emoji16] I also had Axis Verde on my list, but their thin spokes may again, expose how small my brakes look, especially when you +1 on wheel size.
