Downpipe

I met this guy from Exhaust Depot here in Florida this past week at our local track, and he asked to use my car as a prototype for a downpipe and exhaust. Which i should be doing within the next month. i wanted to know if the gains are good if anyone else would be interested in buying it as well.

Oh, they also plan on making custom pipes for a front mount intercooler, if anyone is interested in this too.

Very interested. I too have a friend that is gunna do this for me, I just have to take my lazy ass down to his shop...Later,

I think 15-50 is on the high side. I'd guess you'd get about 10 at the most. From what I've seen of the MSP, you should concentrate on the intercooler and piping.

I've seen the downpipe on the MSP. I really don't think there is a need for improvement. The downpipe looks pretty good to begin with. I would focus more on a bigger exhaust and a bigger intercooler if I were you. Oh yeah, and take off one of the cats or replace them both with high flow ones.

yea the guy just checked my car out yesterday for the first tme & all we're going to do is the exhaust n a bigger intercooler.

They are making 2 different exhaust set-ups for it, one with a high flow cat and the other without any cats.

The front mount intercooler is gonna be one of the first things i am doing to the car. the guy that was working on my car was laughing all day because the stock one is so freaking small

If they need another car to try stuff out on, give me a call. My middle name is Guinea Pig.:p

injen tried a bigger exhaust but saw no gains whatsoever, so it might not be worth it to fab a new exhaust without a new downpipe

The MSP only has one cat...One cat and a resonator I think.

2 cats and a resonator...
