Downforcers Question

Since nobody is selling the cool M'z tune bumper flares I figured I'd make my own (My job is custom electronics and fabrication work on yachts). I was looking for similar stuff to compare to for mounting ideas, and it looks like the carbon downforcers from Street Unit require you to drill holes through the bottom of the bumper. I just wanted to see if that was true, and if anybody has gotten them, is that mounting style pretty strong? I'm just not sure how confident I am in that plastic of the bumper...

I think we're waiting to hear from Yoichi on the flares. His father-in-law works for Isuzu in Japan and might have an inside line on all this. I think the thread is titled "where can I get these?".

Well, it's not so much that I'm desperate for the flares, it's just something that I'm interested in and it gives me a chance to learn some different fiberglass skills than I get to use at work. It's my practice run before I start making some other, bigger parts for my car.

yes sir, I'm still working on this.
I don't know how much I can get. Maybe one set.
Right now, just waiting to hear from my father in law.
Remember, I am not promising anything though. I might
be only getting a set for my car and if somebody is ready to make a quick mold, I might send it out. Right now is only speculation though. I will keep everybody updated.
