Down pipe and boost increase?

I will be buying an ms3 in about a week. I plan to do some mods starting with either a catback exhaust or a turboback. I used to be into the wrx and I know that on that car an after market downpipe of any kind will cause a slight boost increase. Has anyone had any problems with hitting the fuel cut after installing a TBE? Any significant change in boost? I will also say that I will not be removing or raising the fuel cut until I am running some decent engine management, so scratch that for now.

I hit boost cut when I first intalled it and it was about 40 degrees out...I have an intake too. It's only happened ever once. I blame the cold weather (for FL anyway) and the ecu possibly still learning the new mods

Fuel cut yes, no data yet. I need to replace boost tubes asap
