Well if you wanna just spectate then it starts at 11pm and its $7.

If you wanna run then you need to show up early around 6:30-7:00, They do tech around 8:00 and then more hanging out until around 10pm where hopefully there running smooth and start to bring people into the back staging lanes. It goes until 2am.
