Anyone know where to get some of those little plastic pushpins, I lost a couple then broke a couple more in my inifinite clumsiness. I need some black ones.

Perhaps you can get them from your dealer?

I had this problem too. Here's my boring story: The people at the dealership I went to said they had to order a 'NVH kit' (I had to tell the service guy that NVH meant Noise, Vibration and Harshness). Well this is simply that grey crap they use in car interiors. Of course they forgot to order this the first time and by the time they got the 'kit' and I brought the car back they simply said there was a broken clip that they replaced and nothing about using the 'kit'. Well the rattle was still there later the next day. I took off the panel and used my own NVH kit and covered the area in question with it and guess what? No f****** rattle and time to try another dealership all using 15 minutes of my time and a old workout mat. The area I covered is in yellow. Held by the door handle screw and one piece of electrical tape. The panel is really easy to remove/install as long as you think it through and go slow -no rushing.
