Nope, driver Fiat Punto and Peugeot 406 Mercedes E; sitting on the left side, but very hard to get zoom to the left to see is any oncoming traffic there but you can see at beginning car parking on the left side of the road other way then traffic . Probably is Spain or Portuguese (many small cars punto, corsa, 206 etc
Plates number – forget to see something even if you used zoom.

if it was in Spain or Portugal then they could have driven from an area where all the cars were right side drivers... just like you see some in the us... less common but still around, lets face it if the guy was holding the camera he was stupid if not he is just a stupid driver... lol

Camera or not if you drive like that you deserve to crash, the guy parked didn't deserve it, but the driver did.
