So from what i understand in the first vid... they are going to put the dog down!?! the dog obviously is playing around and having fun.. when looking at the 2nd vid thats how my dog plays with his toy rope that we gave him. if its anything similar to the first incident, then putting the dog down is just downright cruel and repulsive(rant)
