It's not a scientific poll and it'll never reach to a "conclusion"! You can always pick and choose things to your favor. Unfortunately your prediction is incorrect

What was my prediction? I had no prediction because I can't tell how do people think about fuel-economy meeting their expectations (I think it is a valid question, but for marketing reasons).
You are right that this survey is not scientific and that no good conclusion can be reached with it, because of multiple reasons, including the question which was asked, the non-random sample, the few owners which responded, etc. It also cannot support any point for the same reasons.
