Does replacing camshaft position sensor require a "relearn" process?

I read that it's common on GM cars to have to perform a "relearn" process using a special OBD2 scanner when replacing the camshaft position sensor, but is this also true for Mazdas? Has anyone here ever replaced theirs? If so, does it require to do such process?
