just bought a mp3 for a steal of a deal wanting to run 12+psi of boost will the stock block handle it and does a stock msp tranny have a lsd.will it bolt to the mp3. thx peeps
Stock block wont handle 12+ psi without the proper mods and tuning.. And yes the Mazdaspeed trans has an lsd and it should bolt to the mp3 (I cant say for sure as I have not ever mated them together)..

to run 12 + psi you need the forged block that you can get it from Speed circuit or other vendors and it will fit you're mp3 ,
no the stock block mp3 will not hold more than 9-10 psi tuned right , so stock block will blow on 12+ psi.
the stock msp has an lsd but you need to weld it to make it more reliable (doesn't cost much ~100) and it will bold on mp3
