Does anything think the 3.7 motor is loud accelerating from 0-30mph

Only had my 2013 CX9 for a few months but have noticed now that the 3.7 is not the quietest motor from 0-30. Maybe this is just normal and how motor is but I wouldnt say its a smooth pleasant sound compared to other v6 cars I have had like a pathfinder, maxima and 3.5 motor in 2008 odyssey. Just sounds more coarse in nature. Not flooring it but normal acceleration from stop to say 30mph. It is a quiet car at cruising speeds but more just doesnt have smooth sound. I would even say at punching it to pass at 40-55mph is a coarse sounding engine. Just curious what others think?

It is a heavy car, for me it has not been that bad but I don't have a lead foot (get ~ 24 MPG on my 2010) and I am coming to this car from a Honda CRV that would give you a headache even at cruising speed.

I have notice a difference in sound depending on outside temperature. But that is typical for all cars. I find it extremely quiet and rather pleasant overall. I have a 2012 but maybe the 2013 has a different sound because of the new tailpipe design.

thanks for the feedback, guess driving one car for 10 years and getting a new one you look for differences.
