wow I am impressed. I didn't think I would like that as I am not a big fan of those Dragster style HIBOY wings but that car is SWEET> Has like a JTCC or BTCC look to it. LOVE the wheels of course but really the only thing you could do to this car to make it perfect would be to get rid of the graphics or at least change the color of them. Thats saying alot too cause blue is my favorite color but I think it would have looked better in maybe bronze or gold like the wheels or none at all.

BTW sorry but not sure where to buy that wing.

You know what's cool, I sent an e-mail to mazdaformance, and this is the response I got:

Its from APR. We got ours thru NOPI. Can't remember price. We are going to change to Carbon Fiber. We think it will look better.

Those are some monster front brakes on that car.

The whole thing is very slick, probably because they knew when to stop. Anything more and I think it goes over-the-top.

I am a firm believer that wings belong on airplanes....

i know they can be seen on indy cars and dragsters...but they have one thing the protege and all other compact cars don't...REAR WHEEL DRIVE. All a wing does with a front wheel drive car is waste gas and lift the front tires off the ground.

no i think the part you guys are missing is the MP3 tag on a black protege and im pretty sure thats not an MSP either. and yeah with broze or some other color graphics the car would look bad ass. i dont like the blue but i do like the blue STOP TECH brakes very nice mod he has. even though you guys hate the wing, i like it just because its not fugly and its under a foot high. but im sticking with my mp3 spoiler b/c it has all the downforce that i need (anyone ever drove over 125 in it? it squats down to the pavement and feels so right)
