Does anyone know anything about these exhaust systems?

1) This is the sport exhaust specifically made for the P5. IIRC it is made by Borla. Also it is not a full catback system, only the axleback. From what I have read, it does drone at highway cruising 70mph....but I guess that depends on the driver. What may be obnoxious droning to you could be music to someone else's ears.

2) Can't view ebay at work, so I can't comment.

Check the following link for audio of differenct exhausts as posted up by other members

stick to Name brands and try to stay away with e-bay, you get what you pay for is really true with an exhaust system.

If I'm not mistaken, that's the Mazdaspeed axleback.
Also, it's made by Racing Beat.
You definitely won't turn your P5 into a ricer--the exhaust itself looks good, and the sound is far from raspy. There are a lot of clips and threads on it, but here are some good clips for you to form an opinion:

You will, however, might not be too happy with it as it's common to read/hear that the exhaust drones.
For its price, I think it's damn well worth it. There are also dyno sheets for this exhaust showing some rather surprising gains (just search through the forums).

This is wrong. The Mazdaspeed sport exhaust sold by the dealer specifically for the P5 is made by Borla. The axlebacks on the Mazdaspeed sedan (which require some cutting and re-welding to fit the P5) are made by Racing Beat or you can buy the actual Racing Beat catback for the P5.

Thanks for the correction; looks like I had the two mixed up.
