Well the magazine is called HCI -- but it does stand for Hot Compacts and Imports

www.hcimagazine.com -- it started BIG in CA .. and has moved East -- probably the best mag out there (along with their other mag BScene) - im surprised you are drawing a blank

yeah, its a good magazine...I got a year's subscription free last year...
The year before that was modified magazine...

I dont have a free esubscription to anything now though

if I see the mag I'll let you know gurly...Im anxious to see it myself
