Does anyone have a copy of the TSB for 2015 seat warmers?

I took my cx5 in yesterday to have them look at the seat warmers. I didn't mention the TSB, just said they were weak and seemed to turn off when moving around on the seats. After an hour, the advisor told me that they had ordered me new heaters, but that there were none in the country (U.S.), so there must be an ongoing problem. No idea when they'll come in.

CX-5 Seat warmers don't seem to warm up

I can barely feel mine. Is this something the TSB covers? I don't know if there is an issue or are they just very weak.

I have the same issue for my 2014 CX-5. I asked the dealership about it and they said it is a common complaint they get from CX-5 owners.

Thanks for the info. I will see if my CX-5 falls within the VIN range. On low, I feel nothing, at medium I feel a little bit on high after about 10 minutes its warm but not anything to write home about.

Just discovered a voicemail from my dealer from mid-December...my heater parts came in. Am having them done in mid-Feb. Will report the outcome.

Seat heaters are almost a necessity in Minnesota. The ones in our 2010 Camry Hybrid are nice but offer no temp settings - either they are hot or off. I can feel the driver heater in the CX-5 on high - but barely and it takes 10 minutes or so to notice.

Disappointed in the CX-5's heaters. Overall cabin temp is also a bit cool.

Great car, the Camry Hybrid. In fact, we traded in a 2009 (with my 08 Miata) for our 2014 CX-5.

Anyway, I finally got the seatwarmers replaced. Had to wait an extra day because they needed some part for the passenger side. They work, but I would not say that they are particularly hotter than the originals. They don't heat up very fast, either. Oh, well, better than nothing.

I know this will come off as unusual for a Toyota but he has a 2008 Camry Hybrid... oil was changed every 3K miles and now has around 75K miles. He told me it is really consuming the oil now. Have you heard of many of these motors with ring issue?

Out of warranty and 1 quart every 1500 miles.
